With more than a decade of executive support and operational leadership experience, Bethany most recently served as Chief Operations Officer for a multi-million-dollar organization. In that role, she directed operational infrastructure and guided a workforce of more than 300 employees.
She supervised management teams and drove financial oversight, policy development, risk management, and cross-departmental process design.
Bethany’s executive support experience extends far beyond administrative coordination. She works in fast-moving environments where leadership alignment, workforce management, compliance, and operations directly drive revenue and sustainability.
